The traditional large sand pumping boat often pumps the sand in the water together with the stone with the sand into the cabin, and the useless stone in the cabin not only occupies a large part of the space in the sand cabin, but also pumps a large number of stones to the shore dock again after the event. When customers use this sand, they need to filter the sand to filter out the stones.
This not only increases the sand stripping process, wastes resources, but also leads to low sand pumping efficiency. At the same time, when pumping sand, the traditional large sand pumping vessel is to put the sand pipe directly into the sand bin, and the sand is loaded by the water flow forward through the sand pipe, that is to say, the water in the sand pipe flows in which direction, the sand will be loaded.
The role of the sand pipe itself does not automatically fill the cabin, requiring another operator to use a shovel to fill the corners that cannot be filled with sand. In addition, when loading, the direction of water flow in the sand tank is unstable, which will lead to unbalanced loading, and then make the hull tilt.
In order to solve the above technical problems, the technicians developed and provided a sand pumping ship sand screen that can automatically separate sand and stone, and can automatically and stably pump the sand into the sand chamber, and also provided a large sand pumping ship equipped with the sand pumping ship sand screen.
The large sand pumping vessel comprises a sand net, a sand funnel and a stone discharge bottom plate. The sand funnel is located below the sand net, and the stone discharge bottom plate is connected with the lower end of the sand net, and the upper end of the sand net and both sides of the sand net and the stone discharge bottom plate are provided with a baffle plate. Preferably, the sand mesh consists of welded steel bars arranged up and down. The steel bars forming the sand mesh may be rectangular in equal length, and the upper right part of the steel bars forming the sand mesh may also be welded to the inside of the oval upper retaining plate.
Preferably, the sand funnel includes a gathering part connected together with a sand drain column, which forms an Angle of 40-50 degrees with the sand mesh. The large sand pumping vessel is equipped with sand pumping equipment and sand screen of the sand pumping vessel. Both the sand screen and the stone discharge floor are inclined. The following is the best setting of the sand screen of the sand pumping ship. Preferably, the Angle between the sand net and the horizontal direction is 40-50 degrees, the sand direction of the sand bucket is perpendicular to the horizontal plane, and the sand bucket is located in the middle of the sand bin.
The side of the ship is provided with a gunwale inlaid with a stone bottom plate, and the sand net and baffle on both sides of the stone bottom plate are welded with the hull. For example, the upper half of one side of the baffle plate is welded with steel bars, so that the operating room operator can observe the stone discharge situation at any time through the steel bar gap, and then judge the proportion of sand and stone in the current sand mining area.
The large sand pumping vessel realizes the purpose of automatically separating sand and stone, automatically and stably filling and pumping sand into the sand chamber, and has the advantages of simple production, saving time and effort, saving resources, strong reliability and high working efficiency. And when the unloading floor is embedded in the port side of the ship, it will not interfere with the crew's forward and aft activities on the ship's side.
